I highly recommend Ronnie and Son (Ty) Thompson construction based on the construction of my new front porch they completed. The new porch completely changed the look of my house. We frequently have neighbors stop in front of our house and state how much they love the porch. The one compliment that stands out was how they thought the new porch looks so great that it looks like it the porch was built when the house was first built. It does not look like just an addition, it looks like it was designed for the house perfectly. Lastly, Ronnie is the most responsive contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Thompson and Son construction.

Reasonable price

Ron and his son replaced all the sheet rock in my bathroom and they also took a load bearing wall down in my living room. Both jobs were done professionally. Left the rooms very clean. I was always informed as to when they were coming and was even given advise to other future jobs.

Had the pleasure of using Thompson & Son for structural support we needed & they did a great job. Ronnie & his son are good, competent and professional people to work with. Very communicative & explained the work needed as well as explained what to do moving forward.

Thompson & Son renovated my bathroom including converting the bathtub to a tile shower. They were very time efficient and finished everything in just over a week. Ronnie checked in with me regularly throughout the renovation to discuss any necessary deviations or confirm design decisions. The renovated bathroom looks great, the cost was fair, and Ronnie and his son, Tyler, were pleasant to work with.

I have experience in the construction industry and strong opinions methods. I hired Thompson and Son to install nine new construction windows and an entry door on an older Cape Cod home, and with older houses come older problems. Ron and I were on the same page about how to enlarge existing openings, correct framing issues, and properly flash all the openings. I highly recommend working with them and look forward to working with them on future projects.

I had my deck done with them and they were very professional. They made sure everything was clean after each day and made sure we were happy with how everything looked before they left. Most importantly, they have very fair prices and quality work.

Ronnie converted half of our first floor into an in-law suite including using some of our garage. He also reconfigured our upstairs floorplan and unused attic space to add a home office.
Ronnie didnt just show up and do the work... he was great to work with and valuable at all stages of our remodel.
He identified issues with the architectural plans.
He provided guidance and suggestions for economical choices throughout the build
He was creative when we encountered the inevitable issues during a remodel.
And he's also an authentically good guy.
